المسؤولية الجزائية عن السلع المغشوشة في التشريع الجزائري من خلال هذه الدراسة تمكنا من التعرف على أهم السياسات التشريعية التي أقرها المشرع الجزائري بصدد توفير حماية قانونية للمستهلك بالدرجة الأولى و الحفاظ على سلامته ، مع إبراز أهم الأفعال التي من شأنها المساس بصحة الإنسان ، في هذا الصدد أقرا المشرع نصوص تنظيمية و ردعية تحد من هذه الجرائم خاصة جريمة الغش في السلع و هو موضوع دراستنا ، و من أجل تجسيد هذه الحماية وضع المشرع آليات أخذت طابع إداري و أخر قضائي ، إلا أن المشرع رغم العقوبات الردعية و الجزاءات المطبقة نجده غير فعال في تطبيق هذه العقوبات على أرض الواقع ، مما يدل على أن التشريعات الحالية تحتاج إلى قوانين و تشريعات أكثر فعالية . الكلمات المفتاحية المستهلك/الجرائم/الغش/قضائي/العقوبات.
