أصدر المشرع الجزائري القانون رقم 15-12 لمتعلق بحماية الطفل بتاريخ 19 جويلية 2015 كقانون اجرائي وموضوعي عقابي، جمع فيه بين نوعين من الحماية الاجتماعية والقضائية اتجاه الطفلوتجسدت هذه الحماية في انشاء هيئات اجتماعية وطنية ومحلية أسندت لها مهمة حماية الطفل إضافةإلى مواد قانونية الغاية منها الردع لأي سلوك منهي عنه يهدد الطفل ومصلحته ويعرضها للخطر فيالبيئة الرقمية، وكذا توقيع العقوبات الملائمة لأي فعل مجرم يمس بالطفل. الكلمات المفتاحية: الطفل، هيئات اجتماعية، البيئة الرقمية، حماية الطفل.
