La responsabilité médicale est l'un des sujets importantes au niveau de vie pratique et de volet juridique; surtout en parlon du faute médicale et de son importance dans le cadre de la responsabilité médicale ainsi que le dommage qui est aussi plus important dans le même cadre tout cela pour souligner le grant développement de la responsabilité médicale et éclairer les dispositions des différents applications de la faute médicale.
