تناولت هذه المذكرة موضوع " الممارسة غير شرعية لمهنة الصيدلة مابين قانون العقوبات وقانون الصيدلة "، تهدف إلى تبيان الممارسات الغير الشرعية لمهنة الصيدلة وتبيان الآثار المترتبة عنها . تستعرض المذكرة في البداية الأحكام التنظيمية لمهنة الصيدلة، من مفهوم الصيدلة، ومتطلبات ممارسة هذه المهنة والتزاماتها، كما تستعرض أيضا مختلف المسؤوليات التي تقع على عاتق الصيدلي في حالة الإخلال بالتزاماته أو ارتكابه لخطأ أو جريمة، وتكون إما مسؤولية جزائية، أو مسؤولية تأديبية، أو مسؤولية مدنية . الكلمات المفتاحية: مهنة الصيدلة، الصيدلي، الممارسة غير شرعية، المسؤولية، الصحة . Summary of Note This memorandum dealt with the topic «illegal practice of the profession of pharmacy between the Penal Code and the law of pharmacy ", aimed at identifying the illegal practices of the profession of pharmacy and indicating the consequences thereof. The memorandum first reviews the regulatory provisions of the profession of pharmacy, the concept of pharmacy, the requirements of the practice of this profession and its obligations, and also reviews the various responsibilities of the pharmacist in case of breach of his obligations or committing an error or crime, and is either a criminal liability.
