يعتبر موضوع الملكية الفكرية موضوع الساعة,وواحد من المواضيع التي حاول الكثير تسليط الضوء عليها بقسميها صناعية وادبية وفنية فهذا الموضوع لم يعد حكرا عل المختصين في مجال القانون فحسب بل درس من مناظير عدة ,وفي موضوعنا هذا درسنا الاطار النظري للملكية الفكرية وتحديدا ماهية الملكية الفكرية فقد حاولنا التطرق الى التعريف بالملكية الفكرية ومعرفة خصاىصهاوطبيعتها القانونية ثم التعمق في المصادر الدولية, والوطنية وتقسيماتها حقوق ادبية وفنية وحقوق الملكية الصناعية. وأخيرا تعرفنا على طرق الحماية الوطنية في ظل التشرييع الجزائري وكذالك الوطنية ففي القسم الاول عرفنا ان الملكية الفكرية هي مجموعة من الحقوق القانونية التى تمنح للاشخاص على اعمالهم الفكرية والابداعية وايضا درسنا مصادرها الدولية والوطنية وتتمثل في الاتفاقيات والمعادات الدولية والقوانين الوطنية وكذالك لها تقسيمات حيث تنقسم الى فرغين رئيسيين ,الاول حقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة والفرع الثاني الملكية الصناعية والقسم الثاني عرفنا طرق الخماية الوطنية في ظل التشريع الجزائري والدولية في ظل الاتفاقيات والمنظمات العالمية . الكلمات المفتاحية: الملكية الفكرية، الحماية الدولية، الحماية الوطنية، الملكية الصناعية، حقوق المؤلف. Abstract : The topic of intellectual property is a topic of the hour, and one of the topics that many have tried to shed light on in its two parts: industrial, literary and artistic. This topic is no longer limited to specialists in the field of law only, but has been studied from several perspectives. In this topic, we studied the theoretical framework of intellectual property, specifically the nature of intellectual property. We tried to address the definition of intellectual property and know its characteristics and legal nature, then delve into international and national sources and their divisions into literary and artistic rights and industrial property rights. Finally, we learned about national protection methods under Algerian legislation, as well as national protection methods. In the first section, we learned that intellectual property is a set of legal rights granted to individuals for their intellectual and creative works. We also studied its international and national sources, represented by international agreements and treaties, and national laws. It is also divided into two main branches: the first is copyright and related rights, and the second branch is industrial property.
