Résumé : Dans la législation algérienne, les infractions purement pénales sont parmi les crimes les plus importants affectant l’arène nationale. En raison de la gravité de ces infractions, la monnaie économique nationale est affaiblie et perd de sa valeur. Nous avons décidé que les législateurs algériens les ont consacrés à des dispositions spéciales pour limiter nos études aux perquisitions de suivi et aux perquisitions liées aux délits d’échange, aux personnes et aux poursuites. en plus des procédures judiciaires qualifiées, les ordonnances sont valables pour de telles infractions. Summary: In Algerian legislation, purelycriminaloffences are among the most important crimes affecting the national arena. asit affects the national economy and impedes the properfunctioning of State-regulated transactions, Due to the seriousness of theseoffences, the national economiccurrencyisweakened and lost in value. We have decidedthat Algerian legislators have devotedthem to special provisions to restrictourstudies to follow-up searches and searchesrelated to exchange offences, dealingwithpersons and bringingproceedings. in addition to qualifiedlegalproceedings, ordinances are valid for suchoffences.
