Item الرقابة المصرفية على البنوك و المؤسسات المالية(مكتبة كلية الحقوق و العلوم السياسية جامعة محمد البشير الابراهيمي برج بوعريريج, 2025-03-11) بن عيسى عبد الرؤوف; نبيل دافيعرف موضوع الرقابة المصرفية في الجزائر تطورا ملحوظا منذ الإستقلال إلى يومنا الحالي وهذا بهدف المحافظة على سلامة وصلابة النظام المصرفي، لأن موضوعها يتعلق بمجال حيوي في الإقتصاد الذي يشمل قطاع البنوك والذي يعد أكثر المجالات عرضة للمخاطر والإندماج في الإقتصاد العالمي، ولها نوعان من الرقابة رقابة داخلية وأخرى خارجية، وجعلها تساير المعايير الدولية للرقابة المصرفية الأمر الذي دفع المختصين بالاهتمام بهذا المجال لتحقيق الاستقرار المالي، والتأكد من سلامة المراكز المالية للبنوك والمؤسسات المالية، و تحقيق الاستقرار النقدي وهذا في إطار قانون النقد والقرض والانظمة المتعلقة به. ABSTRACT : The subject of banking supervision in Algeria has witnessed a remarkabledevelopmentfromindependence to the presentday, and thisisaimed at preserving the integrity and rigidity of the banking system, becauseits topic relates to a vital field in the economy, whichincludes the bankingsector, whichis the mostvulnerable to integration in the global economy. It has two types of oversight, internal and external, and made itconform to international standards for banking supervision The orderthatrequires the specialist to beinterested in this area to achievefinancialstability, and to ensure the safety of the financialcenters of banks and financial institutions, and to investigate and thisiswithin the framework of the law on money and debt and the system related.
