يعالج هذا البحث موضوع حماية المستهلك الجزائري من الغش والاحتيال في مجال التجارة الإلكترونية، حيث يهدف إلى التعريف بالمستهلك الإلكتروني و مبررات حمايته ، كما تسلط الدراسة الضوء على تعريف الغش والاحتيال التجاريين، واستعراض كل جريمة على حدى مع بيان أركانها وصورها . وتطرقنا الى سبل الحماية القانونية المقررة للمستهلك في هذا المجال، ليبرز في ختامه التدابير والعقوبات التي أقرها المشرع الجزائري لمواجهة جرائم الغش والاحتيال الإلكتروني، وينتهي بجملة من النتائج والاقتراحات. الكلمات المفتاحية: المستهلك، الغش، الاحتيال، الجريمة . Abstract This research addresses the topic of protecting the Algerian consumer from fraud and deception in the field of electronic commerce. It aims to define the electronic consumer and the justifications for their protection. The study also sheds light on the concepts of commercial fraud and deception, presenting each crime separately with a clarification of its elements and manifestations. Furthermore, it explores the legal protection mechanisms established for consumers in this area, highlighting in its conclusion the measures and penalties enacted by the Algerian legislator to combat electronic fraud and deception crimes.
