The memorandum examined and analyzed the legal system for investment in Algeria in light of the new Investment Law No. 22-18 of July 24, 2022, focusing on legislative developments and their impact on the attractiveness of the investment climate and improving the performance of the bodies responsible for it, such as the National Investment Council and the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency. Objectivity: The modernity of the law and its concurrence with national economic reforms, and the need to understand and simplify its provisions. Sujet : L’intérêt des chercheurs pour l’investissement et leur volonté de trouver des solutions efficaces pour exploiter ce potentiel de développement. Quels sont les avantages et les incitations offerts par la loi 22-18 aux investisseurs ? Et quel est leur impact sur le cadre juridique de l’investissement en Algérie ? Le mémorandum conclut que la loi 22-18 reflète une approche de réforme audacieuse qui renforce la position de l'Algérie en tant que destination d'investissement, mais elle nécessite une mise en œuvre efficace et une coordination institutionnelle continue pour garantir l'efficacité des cadres juridiques et incitatifs qu'elle fournit
