إن التلوث البيئي له آثار خطيرة تؤدي الي الاخلال بالتوازن القائم بين عناصر البيئة مما يؤثر علي عيش الانسان في محيط سليم لذا تلعب المسؤولية المدنية دورا هاما في توفير الحماية القانونية الفعالة للبيئة من خلال إصلاح ما نشأ من اضرار وهذا بوسائل قانونية لحماية الحق والحصول علي التعويض المناسب لجبر الضرر سواء علي المستوى الداخلي والدولي. الكلمات المفتاحية : المسؤولية المدنية، التعويض، الضرر البيئي، البيئة Abstract Environmental pollution has seriouseffectsthat lead to a disturbance of the existing balance between the elements of the environment, which affects the human living in a healthyenvironment, so civil liabilityplays an important role in providing effective legal protection for the environment by repairing the damage that has arisen and thisis by legalmeans to protect the right and obtainappropriate compensation to compensate for the damage, bothat the internal and international levels.
