L'impact des supports iconographiques dans la compréhension de l'écrit cas des apprenants de 3ème primaire

Résumé : L’enseignement du FLE concentre sur l’utilisation de multiples supports pédagogiques, parmi lesquels les supports iconographiques qui occupent une place essentielle dans l’aide à la compréhension des textes écrits. Pour faciliter l’accès au sens d’un texte, l’enseignant intègre des images, des schémas ou des illustrations qui accompagnent et enrichissent l’acte de lecture. Cette étude s’inscrit dans le champ de la didactique de la compréhension écrite et vise à souligner le rôle des supports visuels dans l’analyse, l’interprétation et la mémorisation de l’écrit. Le recours à ces supports permet de capter l’attention des apprenants, de leur offrir un cadre contextuel, de développer leur vocabulaire et d’améliorer la compréhension globale et détaillée du texte. Les supports iconographiques se présentent ainsi comme des outils didactiques précieux favorisant une interaction pertinente entre le visuel et l’écrit.
