Contribution à l’étude des propriétés structurales et optoéléctroniques du CuO/Cu2O

Dans ce travail nous avons étudié les propriétés structurales, et optoélectronique pour les deux composés CuO et Cu2O. Dans tout l’étude nous avons basé sur la théorie de la fonctionnelle de la densité (DFT). Les calculs ont été effectués par la méthode de calcul des ondes planes augmentées (PBE-Sol 2008). Nous avons utilisé l’approximation du gradient gnéralisé (GGA). Nos résultats sont en très bon accord avec les données expérimentales et avec les valeurs calculées par d’autre technique. In this work, we investigated the structural and optoelectronic properties for the two compounds CuO and Cu2O. Throughout the study we have based on the density function theory (DFT). The calculations were performed by the augmented plane wave calculation method (PBE-Sol 2008). We used the generalized gradient approximation (GGA). Our results are in very good agreement with the experimental data and with the values calculated by other techniques
