Abstract

من خلال دراستنا لموضوع خصوصية رخصة البناء في العقار الصناعي تبين لنا أنه موضوع يجمع بين متطلّب وضرورة، فالمتطلّب يتمثل في حماية البيئة والضرورة تتمثل في وجوب البناء عقار صناعي فتطرقنا في الفصل الأول إلى الإطار العام للعقار الصناعي ، فتعرفنا على العقار الصناعي شروطه والجهات المكلفة بتسييره أما الفصل الثاني تطرقنا إلى الشروط و الإجراءات المتبعة لمنح رخصة البناء كإطار عام ومن ثم العقار الصناعي كوجه خاص و بالنظر إلي أهميتها، فهي تحمي البيئة من خلال دراسة مدى التأثير على البيئة الذي يعتبر الذي يعتبر أسلوب وقائي لمعرفة المشاريع التي تأثر سلبا على البيئة من خلال الحفاظ على الأمن العام فالتهيئة العمرانية تشكل الإطار الاستدلالي للمحافظة على المحيط الجغرافي وحمايته وتنظيم استعماله. الكلمات المفتاحية: رخصة البناء، العقار، العقار الصناعي، المنشآت المصنفة Abstract: Through our study on the subject of the privacy of the building permit in the industrial property we found that it is a subject that combines a requirement and necessity, the requirement is to protect the environment and the necessity is to build an industrial property, we discussed in the first chapter the general framework of industrial property, we introduced the industrial property its conditions and the authorities charged with running it, but the second chapter touched on the conditions and procedures used to grant the building permit as a general framework and then industrial property as a special face and in view of its importance, it protects The environment by examining the extent of the impact on the environment, which is considered a preventive method to identify projects that adversely affect the environment by maintaining public security, urbanization is the evidentiary framework for preserving, protecting and regulating the use of the geographical environment.
