Abstract

بعد التطور العلمي في مجال التكنولوجيا ، ظهر ما يعرف بالجرائم الإلكترونية نتيجة سوء استخدامها ، ومن بين هذه الجرائم نجد جرائم التزوير الإلكتروني ، والتي لها طبيعة خاصة تختلف عن جرائم التزوير التقليدية ، سواء في وقد سلطت أحكامه الموضوعية المنصوص عليها في قانون العقوبات الجزائري أو الأحكام الإجرائية المنصوص عليها في قانون الإجراءات الجنائية الضوء على جرائم الاحتيال الإلكتروني هذه لمعرفة مدى تصدي المشرع الجزائري لهذا النوع من الجرائم. الكلمات الدالة : نظام معلومات الجرائم الإلكترونية ، التزوير الإلكتروني ، التزوير التقليدي ، تزوير التوقيع الإلكتروني
