Abstract

يعد الاعتبار المالي و الشخصي وجهان لشركة واحدة فجميع الشركات التجارية بمختلف أنواعها تقوم على الإعتبارين الشخصي و المالي و إذ تفاوت نسبة تأثير كل منهما على هاته الشركةفإن الشركات التي تقوم على الاعتبار الشخصي يراعي فيها الصفات الشخصية و الثقة المتبادلة بين الشركاء و الغير لنجاح الشركة . و فيما يخص الشركات التي تقوم على الاعتبار المالي فالعبرة هي الأموال التي يقدمها الشريك ،فالغلبة هي الاعتبار المالي و مع ذلك فإن الاعتبار الشخصي لا يختفي كليا .

All commercial companies of all kinds are based on personal and financial considerations, and the percentage of their impact on this company varies.
