Abstract

إن تطور تكنولوجيا المعلومات وظهور شبكة الانترنت بكل ما حملته من تقدم وخدمات، لم يمر على العالم بسلام، حيث تم تطويعها لتصبح عالم من عوالم الجريمة التي تستهدف كل الفئات العمرية من المجتمع خاصة الأطفال منهم، إذ يشهد الوقت الحاضر إقبالا كبيرا منهم لاستعمال الوسائل التكنولوجية للدراسة، التواصل والدردشة، مما ترتب عنه انتشار جرائم الكترونية تهدد حياتهم وتؤثر سلبا عليها، هذا ما دفع الهيئات القضائية إلى فرض إلزامية إحاطة هذا الأمر بكافة التدابير الوقائية والقانونية، ووضع قوانين صارمة تهدف إلى توفير الحماية للفئات المستهدفة.
