القرار الإداري الإلكتروني كوسيلة لإدارة المرافق العمومية

Abstract

جاءت الدراسة بعنوان "القرار الإداري الإلكتروني كأسلوب حديث لإدارة المرافق العمومية" إلى استكشاف وتحليل دور القرار الإداري الإلكتروني في تحسين إدارة المرافق العمومية، يعتبر القرار الإداري الإلكتروني أداة حديثة تسهم في تطوير وتحسين عمليات إدارة المرافق العمومية من خلال استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة وتطبيقات الإنترنت. كما تم توضيح الأهمية المتزايدة للتكنولوجيا الرقمية وتأثيرها على سرعة وفاعلية عمليات الإدارة. يستعرض أيضًا التحول الحديث في الإدارة المرافق العمومية نحو القرار الإداري الإلكتروني كأداة مبتكرة لتحسين الأداء وتعزيز التفاعل والتواصل بين الإدارة والمواطنين وأيضًا الفوائد المحتملة للقرار الإداري الإلكتروني، بما في ذلك زيادة الشفافية والوصول إلى المعلومات، وتسهيل تدفق العمل وتقليل التكاليف، وتحسين التفاعل والتواصل بين الجهات المعنية. وفي الأخير تم التوصل إلى أن بأن القرار الإداري الإلكتروني يمثل تطورًا هامًا في إدارة المرافق العمومية، ويوفر فرصًا كبيرة لتحسين الأداء وتعزيز التفاعل والتواصل بين الجهات المعنية. ومع ذلك، ينبغي معالجة التحديات والمخاطر المرتبطة به.

Abstract: The study titled "Electronic Administrative Decision as a Modern Approach to Public Facility Management" aimed to explore and analyze the role of electronic administrative decision-making in improving public facility management. Electronic administrative decision-making is considered a modern tool that contributes to the development and enhancement of public facility management processes through the use of advanced technology and internet applications. The increasing importance of digital technology and its impact on the speed and effectiveness of management processes was also highlighted. The study also reviewed the recent shift in public facility management towards electronic administrative decision-making as an innovative tool to improve performance and enhance interaction and communication between management and citizens. It also highlighted the potential benefits of electronic administrative decision-making, including increased transparency and access to information, facilitation of workflow and cost reduction, and improvement of interaction and communication among stakeholders. In conclusion, it was found that electronic administrative decision-making represents a significant advancement in public facility management, providing significant opportunities to improve performance and enhance interaction and communication among stakeholders. However, the challenges and risks associated with it should be addressed. En général, le mémoire a cherché à fournir une vue d'ensemble de la situation juridique des fonctionnaires dans le secteur public en Algérie, visant à renforcer la transparence et la justice dans le secteur public et à fournir un environnement de travail favorable pour les fonctionnaires.
