This study aims to shed light on electronic contracting, particularly the issues and challenges associated with it, and to understand the legal challenges and issues related to this type of contracting conducted through electronic media and the internet, It also seeks to analyse and discuss these challenges and provide recommendations that can enrich the knowledge and, why not, the legal aspects, Among these issues, the identification of the contracting parties and the preservation of the integrity and confidentiality of commercial exchanges are considered important matters, As researchers in the field of law, we aim to study these issues and identify the procedures and legal systems that ensure secure, reliable, and effective electronic contracting, This includes analysing laws, decrees, and jurisprudential aspects related to it, as well as exploring new legal frameworks that encompass electronic contracting and electronic security, Researchers are also working on developing legal guidelines and standards for institutions and individuals to safely and effectively engage in the electronic contracting environment.
