In general context of the diversified utilization of natural resources, the reference to renewable energy, especially solar photovoltaic energy, is becoming tremendous. Therefore, the development of a new photovoltaic generation of solar cell-based perovskite looks promising. In fact, the performance of this letter exceeded 30%. In this modeling via simulation, we use SCAPS-1D simulator to study the suggested structure of solar cell-based perovskite, the impact of different inputs like geometrical, optical and physical parameters on the output performance. We were particularly interested to study the influence of thickness and doping of all layers containing the solar cell such as ETL, absorber and HTLen_US
