| dc.description.abstract | Digital services play a crucial role in modernizing the healthcare sector, where efficiency, traceability, and coordination are key. In Algeria, home nursing care still faces a lack of advanced technological tools. The MediCall project aims to bridge this gap by developing an intelligent and secure digital platform dedicated to managing and booking home nursing services. The platform acts as a reliable intermediary between patients and nurses, automating the care process from the initial request to payment. It consists of three interconnected applica- tions : a web application for administration and supervision, a mobile application (Flutter) for patients and nurses, and a desktop application for medical coordinators to manage and monitor operations. The system also integrates an intelligent server powered by artificial intelligence, featuring a medical chatbot capable of providing accurate, contextualized responses — enhancing user experience and service efficiency. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Les services numériques jouent aujourd’hui un rôle fondamental dans la modernisation du secteur de la santé, où la rapidité, la traçabilité et la coordination sont essentielles. En Algérie, les soins infirmiers à domicile restent limités par le manque de solutions technologiques adaptées. Le projet MediCall vise à combler cette lacune en proposant une plateforme numérique intelligente et sécurisée dédiée à la gestion et à la réservation des soins à domicile. Cette plateforme agit comme un intermédiaire entre patients et infirmiers, automatisant le processus de soins depuis la demande jusqu’au paiement. Elle comprend trois applications complémentaires : une application web pour l’administration et la supervision, une applica- tion mobile Flutter pour les infirmiers et les patients, et une application desktop destinée aux coordinateurs médicaux pour la planification et le suivi. Le système intègre également un serveur intelligent basé sur l’intelligence artificielle, doté d’un chatbot médical capable de fournir des réponses précises et contextuelles, améliorant ainsi l’expérience utilisateur et l’efficacité du service. | |
