اجراءات التحري الخاصة في الجريمة الإلكترونية

Abstract

نجد انه ومن اخطر الجرائم التي أصبحت تهدد مختلف الدول الجريمة الإلكترونية التي تقع داخل العالم الافتراضي والتي تتميز بالسرعة وانعدام الحدود كونها عابرة للقارات، مما جعلها صعبة الإثبات والتحري وتطلب الأمر إفرادها بإجراءات خاصة للتحري تمكن من اكتشافها وإثباتها،وهذا راجع لكون الإجراءات التقليدية أصبحت وبطبيعة الحال لا تتماشي معاها، لهذا عمد المشرع الجزائري إلى استحداث قوانين خاصة تساعد وتساهم في الحد من هذه الجرائم. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجريمة الإلكترونية، التحري، العالم الإفتراضي. Abstract: We observe that cybercrimes occurring in the virtual world rank among the most dangerous categories of crimes that have become a threat to many nations. This threat is distinguished by its speed and lack of borders, making it challenging to identify and investigate. This situation can be explained by the fact that customary practices are no longer appropriate given the circumstances, which prompted the Algerian government to create specific laws aimed at lessening this threat.
