Abstract

أضحى العالم اليوم يعيش في زمن التطور التكنولوجي أو ما يعرف بالثورة المعلوماتية ،خاصة بعد إختراع الإنترنت ،واستخلصنا اهم النتائج من هذا الموضوع( إجراءات البحث والتحري في الجريمة المعلوماتية) أن عالم تقنية المعلومات الحديثة ،عالم واسع لا يحده حد والوسائل المستعملة في ارتكاب الجريمة المعلوماتية متنوعة والتي تقوم بها جهات متخصصة في الكشف عن الجرائم ،وهذا الأمر يتطلب وقفة من طرف المشرع والقضاء،لإتخاذ مجموعة من الإجراءات لمواجهة هذا النوع من الجرائم. الكلمات المفتاحية: 1/ جريمة معلوماتية,2/بحث وتحري 3/اختصاص قضائي 4/ إثبات في الجرائم.
