Abstract

في ظل التطور التكنولوجي وشيوع استخدام الإنترنت في مختلف المجالات التجارية اكتسب العقد الإلكتروني مكانة المرموقة في ميدان العقود، ومع انتشار المعلوماتية وظهور الأجهزة الإلكترونية التي تساعد على إبرام العقد الإلكتروني وانتشاره بشكل كبير، أصبح من الضروري تكريس الحماية القانونية للطرف الأضعف في هذه العلاقة وهو المستهلك وتمتدهذه الحماية عبر جميع مراحل العقد الإلكتروني.

Abstract:

In light of technological advancements and the widespread use of the intemet across various commercial sectors, electronic contracts have gained significant prominence in the field of contracts. With the proliferation of information technology and the emergence of electronic devices facilitating the conclusion and widespread adoption of electronic contracts, it has become imperative to ensure legal protection for the weaker party in this relationship, namely the consumer. This protection extends throughout all stages of the electronic contract.
