| dc.description.abstract | In this work, we propose a new mechanism to establish stable and durable paths between all pairs of nodes in a mobile ad hoc network of vehicles. In this mechanism, we use a stability function as the main criterion for path selection based on the calculation of the degree of mobility of a node with respect to its neighbor. Moreover, this mechanism is used in a new context and a new vision for computer networks: Software-Defined networking, SDN. Our proposal considerably minimizes path breaks between communicators and the data packet loss rate.
