dc.description.abstract | Transport logistics problems are becoming increasingly of interest because, on the one hand, of the hi-gh costs associated with them; and on the other hand, a large majority of economic actors have become aware of their impacts on the environment and seek to minimize them. In addition, customers become more demanding, they want to be delivered in a time slot and a quantity that they suit them, to this are added other constraints such as such as the limited capacity of vehicles, the working time of drivers that must be taken into consideration. The main objective of this work is to plan vehicle tours to fully satisfy customer requests, while minimizing the number of vehicles to be used and the total distance traveled while respecting a number of constraints. by applying genetic algorithms as heuristics and using the programming language 'MATLAB' Keywords vehicle routing problem (VRP) , optimization , genetic algorithms ,MATLAB . | en_US |
