دور الإعلام الجزائري في دعم القضية الفلسطينية و تأثيره على المجتمع الدولي

Abstract

يلعب الإعلام دورا هاما في العلاقات السياسية في العالم، باعتباره أحد الدعائم الأساسية المساهمة في انعاش الاقتصاد الوطني وتحين بنيته، وتنظيم مختلف جوانب الحياة خاصة السياسية،لذلك أولى لها المشرع الجزائري عناية خاصة من خلال تنظيم آليات عملها بشكل قانوني محكم، فوضع القواعد القانونية التي تحكمها وتعاقب على المساس بها بموجد إصدار القانون الجديد رقم 23-14 المتعلق بالإعلام، والذي ساهم بشكل كبير في دعم القضية الفلسطينية وأثر على المجتمع الدولي من خلال نشر الوقائع الحقيقة ونقل الأخبار في مختلف أنحاء العالم. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإعلام – القضية الفلسطينية – العلاقات السياسية – قانون الإعلام الجزائري. Summary: The media plays an important role in political relations in the world, as it is one of the basic pillars that contribute to reviving the national economy and improving its structure, and organizing various aspects of life, especially political ones. Therefore, the Algerian legislator paid special attention to it by organizing its work mechanisms in a strict legal manner, so he established the legal rules that govern them. It was punished for violating the matter by issuing the new Law No. 23-14 related to the media, which contributed significantly to supporting the Palestinian cause and influenced the international community by publishing the true facts and transmitting news in various parts of the world.
