Contribution à i'étude de l'activité antibactérienne et antifongique de l'éxtrait méthanolique de la plante médivinale Ecballium Elaterium

Abstract

This work for the evaluation of the antibacterial and antifungal effect of extracts of the aerial part of Ecballium elaterium. The extraction is done by methanolic solvent of the aerial part of the Ecballium elaterium. Extraction provided yield 6.08%, the testing is done by the use of concentrations diluted in half from a stock solution of 200mg / ml concentration, all the tests were repeated two to three times. The antibacterial activity is performed on 4 strains tested bacteria (E. coli, Bacillus Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella) .By the deposit method on disk. The in vitro study of the effect of the extract of the medicinal plant Ecballium elaterium the growth of fungal strains (Phytophthora infestans, Fusarium solanivar, Fusarium oxysporum Solani). Is performed by the direct contact method. The results obtained show that the crude extract of the Ecballium elaterium has a significant effect on the bacterial strains Bacillus and Salmonella, and on the mycelial growth of fungal strains to high concentrations.
