يُعد الذكاء الاصطناعي أحد أبرز التطورات التكنولوجية في العصر الحديث، وقد أحدث ثورة في طريقة جمع البيانات وتحليلها على الإنترنت. ورغم ما يوفره من فوائد كبيرة في تحسين الخدمات والتنبؤ بالسلوكيات، إلا أن استخدامه يثير تحديات قانونية وأخلاقية خطيرة تتعلق بانتهاك خصوصية المستخدمين. تستخدم أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي خوارزميات معقدة لتتبع سلوك الأفراد، وتحليل بياناتهم الشخصية، وغالبًا دون علمهم أو موافقتهم. وقد يؤدي ذلك إلى انتهاك حقوق الأفراد الأساسية في الخصوصية، وهو ما يتطلب سن تشريعات صارمة وشفافة توازن بين الابتكار التكنولوجي وحماية حقوق الإنسان.
