القرصنة الإلكترونية في الفضاء السيبراني تُعد من أخطر التهديدات المعاصرة التي تواجه أمن الدول. فمع تطور التكنولوجيا واعتماد الحكومات على الأنظمة الرقمية، أصبحت هذه الأنظمة هدفًا سهلاً للهجمات السيبيرانية. يشمل ذلك التجسس، سرقة البيانات الحساسة، تعطيل البنى التحتية الحيوية مثل الطاقة والاتصالات، وحتى التأثير في العمليات السياسية. تستخدم جهات معادية أو منظمات إجرامية تقنيات متقدمة لاختراق الشبكات وسرقة المعلومات أو تدميرها. وتكمن الخطورة في أن هذه الهجمات قد لا تُكتشف فورًا، مما يمنح القراصنة وقتًا أطول لتحقيق أهدافهم. لذا، تسعى الدول إلى تعزيز قدراتها الدفاعية السيبيرانية والتعاون الدولي لمواجهة هذه التهديدات المتنامية. Abstract Cyber piracy in cyberspace is considered one of the most serious contemporary threats to national security. With the advancement of technology and governments' reliance on digital systems, these systems have become easy targets for cyberattacks. This includes espionage, theft of sensitive data, disruption of critical infrastructure such as energy and communications, and even interference in political processes. Hostile entities or criminal organizations use advanced techniques to infiltrate networks and steal or destroy information. The danger lies in the fact that these attacks may not be detected immediately, giving hackers more time to achieve their goals. Therefore, countries are working to enhance their cyber defense capabilities and promote international cooperation to confront these growing threats.
