EVALUATION DES PERFORMANCES ZOOTECHNIQUES D’UN CENTRE D'ELEVAGE MODERNE DE POULET DE CHAIR DANS LA REGION DE SETIF

Abstract

Cette étude porte sur l’évaluation des performances zootechniques dans un centre moderne d’élevage des poulets de chair situé dans la région de Sétif. Elle s’inscrit dans une démarche visant à améliorer la productivité et à garantir le bien-être animal au sein des systèmes d’élevage modernes. Ce travail intervient dans un contexte où le secteur avicole en Algérie prend une importance croissante en tant que pilier de la sécurité alimentaire et source de protéines animales. تتناول هذه الدراسة تقييم الأداء الزوتقني في مركز حديث لتربية دجاج اللحم يقع في منطقة سطيف. وتندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن نهج يهدف إلى تحسين الإنتاجية وضمان رفاهية الحيوان داخل أنظمة التربية الحديثة. وتأتي هذه الدراسة في سياق يشهد فيه قطاع الدواجن في الجزائر أهمية متزايدة بصفته ركيزة من ركائز الأمن الغذائي ومصدراً للبروتينات الحيوانية This thesis presents a performance evaluation study of a modern broiler chicken farming unit located in the Sétif region. The work aims to improve productivity and ensure animal welfare, as poultry farming plays an increasingly important role in Algeria’s food security and animal protein supply.
