dc.description.abstractThe durum wheat is one of the strategic agriculture in Algeria; however the development of this farming and improving its profitability is limited because of the scarcity of the water and the irregular temperature. The incoming is one of the sensitive characteristics caused by water scarcity. In our thesis we will try to study the impact of the water scarcity on seven genetic types both are local and two other selected locally and the remaining three are introduced from the structural, physiological and agricultural sides on the ground. The studies shows that the structural, physiological and agricultural attitudes for the local genetic structures are different from those of the extraneous from the genetic patterns and from its origins the thing that help us to evaluate the types of the durum wheat and view its adaptation.
