Abstract
This thesisconsistsoftwoimportantparts,thefirstoneisdevotedtothe
study oftheupperboundonthenumberoflimitcyclesthatcanbecreatedfrom
three differentnon-linearfamiliesofdiscontinuouspiecewisedifferentialsystems
separated byaregularline.
The secondpartfocusesonthestudyoftheexistenceandthemaximumnumber
of limitcyclesofaclassofnon-lineardiscontinuouspiecewisedifferentialsystems
but inthiscaseweuseanirregularlineastheseparationcurveinsteadofregular
line.
