Abstract

يُعد موضوع الجريمة الجمركية من المواضيع التي حظيت باهتمام واسع على المستويين الأكاديمي والعملي، لاسيما القضائي، خاصة مع تزايد انتشارها في السنوات الأخيرة. وقد دفع هذا الانتشار المشرع الجزائري إلى تكريس جهود خاصة لمكافحتها، من خلال تبني مجموعة من الوسائل والإجراءات، سواء باللجوء إلى المصالحة كحل ودي، أو عبر المسار القضائي كخيار نهائي. ورغم سنّ ترسانة قانونية في هذا المجال، إلا أن تطور هذه الجرائم يستدعي مراجعة مستمرة للنصوص القانونية لمواكبة التحديات المستجدة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجريمة الجمركية، اليات القمع. Abstract The issue of customs-related crime has garnered significant attention at both academic and practical levels, particularly within the judicial sphere, especially in light of its growing prevalence in recent years. This rising trend has compelled the Algerian legislator to devote special efforts to combating such offenses by adopting a range of mechanisms and procedures—whether through reconciliation as an amicable resolution or through judicial proceedings as a final recourse. Despite the enactment of a substantial legal framework in this area, the evolving nature of these crimes necessitates the continuous revision of legal provisions to keep pace with emerging challenges.
