L’usage de la langue française dans la formation paramédicale (La terminolgie) Cas des étudiants de 1 ère année de spécialité « Infirmier de Santé Publique(ISP) »

Abstract

Ce mémoire de Master s’inscrit dans le cadre de l’enseignement du Français sur Objectifs Spécifiques (FOS) et porte sur l’intégration du français dans la formation paramédicale en Algérie. Il vise à analyser les besoins linguistiques des apprenants en filière paramédicale et à proposer une intervention pédagogique adaptée aux exigences de leur futur métier. Le travail s’articule autour de trois axes : une réflexion sur la place du français et les enjeux du FOS en contexte algérien, une étude de la terminologie médicale en tant qu’élément central de la communication professionnelle, et une application pratique sous forme de dix séances pédagogiques conçues et mises en œuvre selon une démarche fondée sur l’analyse des besoins. Cette recherche ambitionne de contribuer à l’amélioration de l’enseignement du français dans les établissements paramédicaux, en développant des contenus ciblés et une méthodologie centrée sur les objectifs professionnels des étudiants . Mots clés : français sur objectif spécifique – La terminologie médicale. الملخص تندرج هذه المذكرة ضمن مجال تعليم الفرنسية لأغراض خاصة (FOS)، وتهتم بإدماج اللغة الفرنسية في التكوين الشبه الطبي بالجزائر. وتهدف إلى تحليل الحاجات اللغوية للمتعلمين في هذا التخصص، واقتراح تدخل بيداغوجي يتماشى مع متطلبات ممارستهم المهنية المستقبلية. يتكون العمل من ثلاثة محاور رئيسية: محور نظري يتناول مكانة اللغة الفرنسية وإشكالية تعليمها لأغراض خاصة في السياق الجزائري، ومحور لغوي يركز على دراسة المصطلحات الطبية باعتبارها أداة جوهرية في التواصل المهني، ومحور تطبيقي يعرض تدخلاً بيداغوجيًا مكونًا من عشر حصص تعليمية تم إعدادها وتنفيذها بناءً على تحليل دقيق لحاجات المتعلمين. وتسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الإسهام في تحسين تعليم اللغة الفرنسية داخل معاهد التكوين الشبه الطبي من خلال تطوير محتويات مهنية مستهدفة واعتماد منهجية تعليمية تركز على الأهداف التخصصية للمتعلمين. الكلمات المفتاحية : الفرنسية لأغراض محددة _المصطلحات الطبية Abstract This Master’s thesis falls within the field of French for Specific Purposes (FOS) and focuses on the integration of the French language into paramedical training in Algeria. It aims to analyze the linguistic needs of learners in the paramedical field and to propose a pedagogical intervention tailored to the requirements of their future professional practice. The work is structured around three main axes: a theoretical reflection on the status of the French language and the challenges of FOS in the Algerian context; a linguistic analysis of medical terminology as a core component of professional communication; and a practical application through a pedagogical intervention consisting of ten instructional sessions, designed and implemented based on a thorough needs analysis. This study seeks to contribute to the improvement of French language teaching in paramedical training institutions by developing targeted professional content and adopting a teaching methodology focused on learners’ specific objective .
