Abstract

تسعى هذه المذكرة إلى فهم ما تعنيه رقمنة التراث الثقافي ولماذا أصبحت ضرورية في زمننا الحالي. تناولنا في البداية الجوانب النظرية والتقنية، وحاولنا توضيح المفهوم والأهمية، مع استعراض أهم الأدوات الرقمية المستخدمة في حفظ التراث، مثل المسح الضوئي والذكاء الاصطناعي وتقنية الأبعاد الثلاثية، دون إغفال التراث غير المادي الذي يصعب توثيقه بالطرق التقليدية. ثم انتقلنا إلى الواقع العملي من خلال دراسة تجربة المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية في هذا المجال، فتعرّفنا على نشأتها وتنظيمها، وكيف بدأت بتقديم خدمات رقمية تساهم في الحفاظ على التراث الوطني، رغم ما تواجهه من تحديات تقنية ومؤسساتية. خلصنا في النهاية إلى أن رقمنة التراث ليست مجرد مشروع تقني، بل مسؤولية ثقافية عميقة تهدف إلى حماية ذاكرة الشعوب وهويتهم، وهي لن تنجح إلا إذا توفرت الإرادة الجادة، والإمكانيات البشرية والمادية، وتعاونت مختلف الجهات المعنية لتحقيق هذا الهدف. الكلمات المفتاحية:رقمنة التراث الثقافي– المكتبة الوطنية الرقمية – أثار Abstract This thesis aims to explore the concept of digitizing cultural heritage and why it has become increasingly essential in the modern era. The first chapter presents the theoretical and technical foundations of digitization, clarifying its meaning, importance, and motivations. It also outlines the main digital tools used in the preservation of heritage, including scanning, artificial intelligence, and 3D technologies, with particular attention to the challenges of digitizing intangible cultural heritage. The second chapter focuses on a practical case study of the National Digital Library of Algeria. It examines the library’s historical background, organizational structure, and the digital services it offers in preserving national heritage, despite various technological and institutional challenges. In conclusion, digitizing cultural heritage is not merely a technical process but a cultural responsibility that seeks to safeguard the memory and identity of nations. Achieving this goal requires strong institutional commitment, skilled human resources, appropriate technologies, and effective cooperation between all cultural stakeholders.
