Abstract

تعتبر الوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الاستثمار من بين الأجهزة الفعالة التي استحدثها المشرع الجزائري بموجب القانون رقم 22-18، حيث تم تغييـر تسميتها من الوكالة الوطني لتطوير الاستثمار اٍلى التسمية الحالة الوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الاستثمار. وعرفها بأنها مؤسسة عمومية ذات طابع اٍداري، تتمتع بالشخصية المعنوية والاستقلال المالي، تخضع لوصاية الوزير الأول. كما أعاد تنظيمها على مستويين مركزي ومحلي، وعصرنتها بشكل يسهل النشاط الاستثماري للمستثمرين ويضمن التنسيق بين الاٍدارات والهيئات المعنية باستحداثه للمنصة الرقمية، مع توسيعه لصلاحياتها فمنها ما يتعلق بدراسة المشاريع الاستثمارية، وأخرى تتعلق بفرض الرقابة عليها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوكالة الجزائرية،القانون 22-18 الوطنية، المنصة الرقمية. The Algerian Agency for Investment Promotion is one of the effective bodies created by the Algerian legislator under Law No.22-18 Its name was changed from the National Agency for Investment Development to the current name, the Algerian Agency for Investment Promotion. He defined it as a public institution nature, with legal personality and financial independence, subject to the supersvion of the Prime Minister. He also reorganized the Authority at both the central and local levels modernizing it to facilitate investment activity for investors and ensuring coordination between relevant departments and agency.He also created a digital platform, expanding its powers including those related to studying investment project and those related to imposing oversight over them.
