Abstract

عالج مذكرتنا موضوع الفنتازيا باعتبارها أحد أبرز الأجناس الأدبية الحديثة التي لاقت رواجا واسعا في الأدب العربي المعاصر، وتركز بصفة خاصة على تجليات هذا النوع السردي في رواية "أرض الزيكولا" . تسعى الدراسة إلى كشف عن أبعاد الفنتازيا في رواية من خلال تحليل عناصرها السردية كالزمن، المكان، الشخصيات، مع التركيز على طبيعة العالم التخييلي الذي خلقه الكاتب، والذي يقوم على نظام غريب يقاس فيه الفني والفقر بعدد وحدات الذكاء بدل المال، هذا العالم يجسد نوعا من الانفصال عن الواقع لكنه في الوقت نفسه يعبر عنه بطريقة رمزية . وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى إن " أرض الزيكولا " تمثل نموذجا ناجحا للرواية الفنتازية العربية الحديثة حيث استطاع الكاتب توظيف الخيال بطريقة فنية تعبر عن الواقع بصورة غير مباشرة، مع الحفاظ على جاذبية السرد وانفتاحه

summary This thesis addresses the theme of fantasy as one of the most prominent modern literary genres that has gained wide popularity in contemporary Arabic literature، with a particular focus on the manifestations of this narrative style in the novel Land of Zikola. The study aims to explore the dimensions of fantasy in the novel through an analysis of its narrative elements—such as time، space، and characters—while focusing on the nature of the imaginary world created by the author. This world is characterized by a strange system in which wealth and poverty are measured not by money but by units of intelligence. It represents، on the one hand، a detachment from reality، and on the other hand، a symbolic expression of it. The study concludes that Land of Zikola represents a successful model of the modern Arabic fantasy novel. The author skillfully employs imagination in a way that indirectly reflects reality، while maintaining the appeal and openness of the narrative
