Abstract

Judicial Evidence and Res judicata in Evidence" focuses on the role of judicial evidence and final judicial rulings in achieving justice and stabilizing judgments in the Algerian judicial system. The study reviews how a judge deduces unknown facts from established facts using logic, and illustrates the evidentiary power of final judgments that cannot be appealed, thus ensuring the stability of the judicial system. The study aims to analyze the concept of judicial presumptions and their characteristics, in addition to reviewing the role of res judicata in enhancing the stability of judgments, and providing recommendations to improve the use of judicial presumptions.
