القوانين المنظمة للمساحات الخضراء وأثرها على التنمية المحلية

Abstract

من أجل الحفاظ على جمالية المدن، وضمان جودة حياة المواطنين، وحماية البيئة، أقر المشرع الجزائري نظام المساحات الخضراء في عام 2007 من خلال القانون رقم 07-06. وقد تم دعم هذا القانون بعدد من المراسيم التنفيذية والقرارات الوزارية التي توضح كيفية تسيير المساحات الخضراء وحمايتها وتطويرها. ومن الجدير بالذكر أن المشرع شدّد على أن جميع المخالفات المتعلقة بالمساحات الخضراء تعاقب بعقوبات سالبة للحرية، مما يعكس الأهمية التي يوليها لحمايتها. Summary: To maintain the aesthetic appeal of cities, ensure citizens' quality of life, and protect the environment. the Algerian legislator introduced the green space system in 2007 with the enactment of Law No. 07-06. This law was supported by various executive decrees and ministerial decisions detailing the management, protection, and development of green spaces. Notably, the legislator emphasized that all violations related to green spaces would be subject to custodial penalties, underscoring the seriousness of their protection.
