Abstract

The rapid technological developments have led to fundamental changes in the administrative field, contributing to the shift from traditional bureaucratic administration to interactive electronic administration. This transformation resulted in the adoption of a new model of public services based on technology and information, which helped streamline and improve public services in terms of speed, accuracy, and efficiency. E-government represents a qualitative leap in service delivery, offering clarity, precision, and significant savings in time and effort. In this context, Algeria launched the "Digital Algeria 2013" project aimed at modernizing administration, digitizing processes, and improving public services for citizens.
