المسؤولية القانونية عن المحتوى المنشور على الانترنت في القانون الجزائري

Abstract

وتم استخدام المنهج التحليلي لدراسة النصوص القانونية، وتوصلت المذكرة إلى أن التشريعات الحالية تعاني من ثغرات قانونية تجعلها غير كافية لتحديد المسؤوليةالقانونيةعن المحتوى المنشور علىالانترنت في الجزائر. وتوصي المذكرة بضرورة مواكبة التشريعات للمحتوى المنشور على الانترنت لتشمل إجراءات أكثر فعالية في مواجهة المحتوى المسيء. Abstract: Determining legal responsibility for content published on the Internet in Algeria is an important topic, given the increasing spread of the Internet and the diversity of content published on it. Algeria faces challenges in determining legal responsibility for content published on the Internet, due to the lack of studies and research and the lack of clarity in legal texts. The analytical approach was used to study legal texts, and the memorandum concluded that current legislation suffers from legal loopholes that make it insufficient to determine legal responsibility for content published on the Internet in Algeria. The memorandum recommends the need to keep pace with legislation regarding content published on the Internet to include more effective measures to confront offensive content.
