Abstract

تعد المنتجات الصيدلانية من أكثر المواد حساسية لما تشكله من تهديد مباشر على صحة وسلامة المستهلك، الأمر الذي يستوجب إنتاجها وتسويقها ضمن معايير صارمة ومحددة. وتخضع هذه المنتجات لنظام رقابي مزدوج، يتمثل في رقابة سابقة ترخص بطرحها في السوق، ورقابة لاحقة تتابع مدى مطابقتها وتقرر الإبقاء عليها أو سحبها عند الاقتضاء. ورغم الجهود المبذولة في هذا المجال، فإن الصيدلي قد يرتكب أخطاء أثناء ممارسته لمهامه المتنوعة، مما قد ينجم عنه أضرار تصيب المستهلك وترتب مسؤوليته القانونية تبعاً لذلك. الكلمات المفتاحية: المنتوج الصيدلاني، الصيدلي، المستهلك، المسؤولية، الدواء، المواد الصيدلية النوعية. Abstract Pharmaceutical products are among the most sensitive items due to the direct threat they pose to consumer health and safety. Therefore, their production and marketing must adhere to strict and well-defined standards. These products are subject to a dual control system: prior control that authorizes their release into the market, and subsequent control that monitors their compliance and determines whether they should remain on the market or be withdrawn. Despite the efforts made in this regard, pharmacists may commit errors while performing their various duties, which can result in harm to the consumer and consequentlyengage their legal responsibility.
