Abstract : The use of electronic payment cards has become widespread in our time, but this has given rise to illegal practices, whichnecessitatedthe recognition of criminal protection for these cardsagainst all attacks. We address this protection in this article in the light of doctrine and comparative law to find that this protection in Algerian law has not taken into account all attacks and is content in itsincrimination of general texts which requires special texts in thefuture. Keywords: Payment cards, illegal use, protection..
