Abstract

أصبحت حقوق المؤلف تتمتع ببالغ الأهمية وبمكانة بارزة كونهاتشكل الضمانة الرئيسية للمبدع ليرتقي بنفسه دون خشية من السطو والتعدي على فكره وحقوقه. وأيضا ضمان حق كل مستخدمي الفضاء الإلكتروني في الحصول على القدر الكافي من المعلومات إضافة إلى أن حماية الإنتاج الفكري يعد من الوسائل الهامة لدعم ونشر وإثراء التراث الثقافي الوطني ذلك أن إثراء الثقافة الوطنية لأي شعب تعتمد بشكل مباشر على مستوى الحماية التي توفر للإبداع الفكري . الكلمات المفتاحية: حقوق المؤلف، حماية، فضاء إلكتروني، الإنتاج الفكري. ABSTRACT : Copyright has become very important and prominent as it constitutes the main guarantee for the creator to elevate himself without fear of robbery and infringement on his thought and rights.
