Abstract

تعتبرجريمة التزوير في المحررات التجارية و المصرفية موضوعا من المواضيع ذات الأهمية من الناحية التجارية حيث تتعلق بحماية فئة خاصة الا وهي من المحررات التجارية و المصرفية حيث تلعب دورا كبيرا في حياة المعاملات التجارية بين التجار فتناولنا هذا البحث من خلال دراسة أحكام التزوير في المحررات و المتابعة القضائية من جهة أخرى .
