وسائل الدفع في التجارة الإلكترونية في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

تعتبر وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية من أهم الوسائل المعاصرة والمستخدمة في ظل الانتشار والتطور المذهل لتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال وإقتصاد المعرفة، حيث أصبحت وسائل الدفع الالكترونية أداة لتسهيل وتيسير المعاملات التجارية من عمليات البيع والشراء في أغلب دول العالم، حيث يشهد اليوم تراجع إستعمال النقود الورقية وحل محلها إستخدام طرق الدفع الإلكترونية، ذلك نظرا لإمتيازات التي توفرها من سرعة والسهولة والأمان، والجزائر كغيرها من الدول ساهمت بشكل كبير وفعال في تطوير وسائل الدفع وتعميمها والعمل بها كالبطاقات البنكية وغيرها وذلك لتحسين عمل الدفع الإلكتروني والمواكبة لحداثة التجارة الإلكترونية . Abstract : Electronic payment methods are considered among the most important contemporary methods used in light of the spread and amazing development of information and communication technologies and the latest knowledge economy . Electronic payment methods have become a tool to facilitateand streamine commercial transactions , including buying and seling operation , in most countries of the world today is witnessing a decline in use of payper money has been replaced by electronic payment methods : this is due to the advantages it provides in terms of speed, ease and security .Algeria , like other countries , has contributed significancantly and effectively to the development, generalization and implementation of payment methods suchas cards and others , in order to improve the work of electronic payment and awareness of modern e-commerce.
