حماية المستهلك في تشريعات الصناعات الغذائية

Abstract

في ضل التطور التكنولوجي الذي شهده العصر الحالي في مجال الصناعات الغذائية أوجب على المشرع الجزائري ان يوفر أطار تنظيميا قانونيا تشريعيا يمكن من توفير الحماية الخاصة بالمستهلك. ومنا يستشف من دراسة الموضوع ان تكريس القضاء من طرف المشرع الجزائري ضمان أساسي وآلية بعدية نهتم بردع المخالفين وإرجاع حقوق المستهلكين وإن دل هذا على شيء فإنه قد دل على حرص هذا الأخير على اتخاذ الإجراءات والتدابير القانونية و التنظيمية قصد توفير الحماية والأمن اللازمين لحماية المستهلك. الكلمات المفتاحية:الوقاية، الأمن، المستهلك، المشرع، حماية، تدابير، اليات، التزام، مخاطر المنتوج، المصالح، الهيئات.

Abstract : In light of the technological development witnessed in the current era in the field of food industries, the Algerian legislator has been obligated to provide a legal and legislative regulatory framework that enables the provision of consumer protection. It is evident from the study of the subject that the dedication of the judiciary by the Algerian legislator is a basic guarantee and a subsequent mechanism that concerns us with deterring violators and restoring the rights of consumers. If this indicates anything, it indicates the latter’s keenness to take legal and regulatory procedures and measures in order to provide the protection and security necessary to protect the consumer.
