Abstract

Banks play an important role in developing the economy in the world, as they are one of the basic pillarsthatcontribute to reviving the national economy and improvingits structure, and regulatingvarious aspects of life, especiallyeconomic ones. Therefore, the legislatorpaidspecial attention to them by organizingtheirwork mechanisms in a strict legalmanner, by establishinglegalrulesthatcriminalize and punish For harmingthem, and imposedcriminalliabilityuponviolating the rules of itsworkthrough the Penal Code, the lawrelating to the prevention and combating of money laundering and the financing of terrorism, and the lawrelating to the prevention and combating of corruption, in order to ensure the good conduct of banks and facilitate relations betweenboth the bank and the customer.
