Abstract

Cybercrime is one of the new criminal patterns craeted by information and communication technologies because of the excessive increase in technological capabilities, it differs from traditional crimes in nature, characteristics and means of inmplementation. This is why Algeria's legislature has intervened to put an end to this dangerous growth in cybercrime by enacting legal texts that hounour and punish acts that constitute an attack on threat to cybersecurity, while establishing bodies to combat this type of crime. How did Algerian legislators adress the provisions of cybercrime in their concepts and haw to combat them?
