جرائم الغابات في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

تعد الغابات من أهم الثروات الطبيعية التي تمتلكها الجزائر، لما لها من دور بيئي واقتصادي واجتماعي كبير، إلا أنها تتعرض لمخاطر متعددة نتيجة ارتكاب جرائم تمس سلامتها واستدامتها، مثل القطع العشوائي للأشجار، الحرائق المتعمدة، الاستغلال غير المشروع لمواردها، ومن هذا المنطلق أولى المشرع الجزائري أهمية خاصة لحماية الغابات، من خلال سن تشريعات تهدف الى الردع والعقاب على مختلف الافعال المجرمة التي تطالها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الثروة الغابية، الحماية الجزائية للغابة، الجرائم والعقوبات. Abstract: Forest are among Algeria s most important natural resources, due to their significant social, economic and environmental role, however they are exposed to multiple risks as a result of crime that affect their safety and sustainability, such as random tree felling deliberate fires, and the illegal exploitation of their resources, from this standpoint, the Algerian legislator has attached special importance to protecting forests, by enacting legislation aimed at Deterring and punishing various criminal acts that affect them.
